Our Commitment to Child Safety

Zero Tolerance for CSAE
Kapp Events explicitly prohibits and has zero tolerance for:
• Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form
• Production, distribution, or possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Grooming, solicitation, or manipulation of minors
• Child trafficking or any form of child exploitation
• Sexualization of minors in any context
• Exposure of minors to inappropriate content or behavior
• Any conduct that endangers the safety or well-being of children
Our Safety Standards
1. Age-Appropriate Content
Kapp Events ensures that all content within the application is age-appropriate and suitable for all users. The platform is designed for event discovery and management and contains no adult, explicit, or inappropriate content.
2. User Verification and Accountability
We maintain mechanisms to verify user identities and ensure accountability. Users who engage in any form of child exploitation or abuse will be immediately removed from the platform and reported to appropriate authorities.
3. Reporting and Response Mechanisms

4. Compliance with Law Enforcement

We encourage parents and guardians to actively monitor their children's use of the application and provide guidance on safe online behavior. Additional parental control features may be available through device settings.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Kapp Events and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:
• Attempting to solicit, groom, or exploit minors in any way
• Sharing, distributing, or promoting child sexual abuse material
• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of minors
• Attempting to obtain personal information from minors
• Any form of online predatory behavior
• Circumventing safety features or age restrictions
• Attempting to contact minors outside the application for inappropriate purposes
